Your principle role is to support the long-term development of your RGMs. Your second role is to ensure that customers are receiving a consistent and positive experience in our restaurants. You know how to run a great restaurant, and you are the eyes of the customer for our RGMs. Observe, ask, and listen. Teach your RGMs what you know so that they can grow their business.

They drive excellence in day-to-day operations; train, coach, & support managers; plan and set goals; focus on problem-solving, and process improvement; set standards; recognize and motivate area managers, unit-level management & their teams. A strong track record of developing talent, leading during change, and exceeding customer expectations is required.
