You have two primary roles as a District Manager. Your principle role is to support the long-term development of your RGMs. Your second role is to ensure that customers are receiving a consistent and positive experience in our restaurants. You know how to run a great restaurant, and you are the eyes of the customer for our RGMs. Observe, ask, and listen. Teach your RGMs what you know so that they can grow their business.

Requirements
The ideal candidate for the District Manager position will possess:
4 year College or University Degree
Three to five years of successful, high sales volume, operational management experience in a multi-unit Fortune 500 environment.
Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance, and employee satisfaction
Demonstrated track record of workplace achievement in selecting, coaching, and developing managerial employees.
Good communication skills, and strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
Ability to manage and analyze a P&L, advanced computer knowledge, and strong analytical/decision-making skills
